If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 60 days of purchase, adhering to the following terms and conditions:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of purchase.
  • For exchanges, proceed to GeraldBlack.com.
  • Returns are accepted via mail after successful return approval.

    Fine Print:

    • Returned products must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, with hang tags (if applicable), in their original packaging, and with purchase proof.
    • Some items, including gift cards, face masks, and clearance items (with exceptions detailed below), are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment card, as GeraldBlack.com gift card, or following local laws as applicable.

    Footwear Policy:

    • Shoes can be refunded or exchanged within 60 days if they are returned in their original box with proof of purchase.


    Terms & Conditions:

    • GeraldBlack.com evaluates all returns individually and has the right to determine the condition of returned items.
    • The company may refuse transactions or returns if there’s any suspicion of policy abuse or fraud, or excessive or unreasonable returns.
    • Refunds issued beyond the 60-day window or without proof of purchase will be in the form of a GeraldBlack.com gift card or per local laws.
