Our return policy lasts 60 days from the time that you receive the order. If 60 days has past, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless it was damaged on arrival. It must also be in the original packaging. However, if you have thrown away the packaging and prefer to return the order due to faulty material discovered during normal wear, then you can repack your items in something non see-through, sealable and waterproof.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewelry, swimwear, or lingerie if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed one to two days; and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by clicking 'Need Help' on the menu at the top of this page and have your order number ready. You will have an option to email us, live chat, or call.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange a purchase for the same item, please contact us by clicking 'Need Help' on the menu at the top of this page or visit our Returns Center to complete an exchange request. Once approved, we will provide a return label through email. Exchanges must be unworn with the original tags attached (including the security tag, if applicable) and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for an exchange.
If you are exchanging clothing due to a size discrepancy, please ensure that you have requested the correct clothing size by getting your measurements according to our 'Size Chart' recommendations. You will locate our 'Size Charts' on the product page and guidance on getting your measurements can be found on Gerald Black's menu bar located at the top of the web page under 'Size Charts.' If the exchange is returned, you are not responsible for a restocking fee unless you have returned the same product over two times.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Repeated returns or exchanges of the same item
You also have the option to exchange or refund the same/identical eligible product, regardless of size, up to two times; however, the 3rd return or 1st return after two exchanges and/or first exchange after two returns or two exchanges, you will incur a restocking fee of 75% of the purchase price including shipping. This will be applicable for all returns and exchanges of the same product.
To return your product, you should visit our Returns Center to start the return process. Once approved, we will provide you with a return label.
You will not be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund if we provide shipping label.
IMPORTANT: Due to challenges with parcel or 3rd party package return services which we have used in different countries, we have determined that it is best for persons in other Countries outside of Canada and the United States to purchase the return postage. You will be asked to return the package by paying for return shipping with your local postal service. In that email, we will provide the return shipping address and information needed to complete the customs information on our behalf. After you have paid for postage, you will email your postage payment receipt by attaching it to the email correspondence related to your return request. We will reimburse you for shipping cost after we receive the return package. Please indicate if you prefer reimbursement through CashApp, PayPal, or store gift card. If you do not follow our return process but file a dispute with a card processor instead, we will let the card processor handle the dispute and will not reimburse shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You are responsible for returned items until they reach our returns center. It is important that you package the returns properly to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit.
Since the package is your responsibility until it arrives to our returns center, you should ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We are not responsible for any orders returned to us by mistake. If we are able to locate the items and you prefer to have the order resent to you, we may ask that you cover the delivery cost.
